1 Island Square is a grade 2 listed cottage, located in the conservation area of St Ives, within a minutes’ walk of the harbour, and beaches, shops, restaurants and of course the Tate Art Gallery. The cottage, which has been in the family since the 1850s, was originally a fisherman’s cottage where the nets were repaired and stored. Today it is a very spacious cottage with 3 bedrooms, a large living room and an even larger kitchen/dining room. There are 2 widescreen televisions, and free unlimited Wi-Fi. For those who enjoy water sports, there is plenty of room to store those wetsuits and surfboards.
