Wonderful stay at Orla Mo, house is in a great location, decorated beautifully, spotless and has the most amazing views. Every room is spacious and luxurious, the parking is a great bonus for St Ives as was the little garden at the front. Craig was an excellent host and we did not want to leave. We loved getting up early and watching the sunrises in bed!

Over the years we have tried pretty much all the places to eat but always go back to Blas Burgerworks, Balcony for a great breakfast, and takeaway pizza from Caffe pasta. Tate gallery is a nice way to spend a few hours on a rainy day and we have spent many hours enjoying the views with a drink in Pedn Olva hotel.

The property is located centrally with parking for 4 vehicles and is a short walk from the harbour and local beaches and amenities. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a large party. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. The host responded promptly to our questions prior to booking and we would give it a 10/10.

St. Ives is wonderful and there is much to do. Would strongly recommend booking restaurants in advance of your stay.

We were a party of 11 (aged 11 -71) and stayed at Orla Mo for a New Year Break. We have stayed in St Ives many times and have to say for a large group this is one of the best properties we have come across. The cooking facilities were great, more than enough crockery for everyone and excellent oven and hob. There was also more than enough room for the whole group to sit together in the dinning room. The lounge is comfy and spacious with enough room for everyone to sit and relax together in front of the big screen tv which boasts a full sky package. My two boys also loved the playstation and selection of games on offer. All of the bedrooms were comfy with beautifully clean white linen and nice cushions and throws. The location of the house is at the top of quite a steep climb from the town but as we are all fit an able it caused no problem (there is however a bus service that can be used). If you know anything about St Ives you'll know that parking can be a nightmare so 3 spaces is an absolute luxury. The neighbours in the row are also very friendly and allowed us to use one of their spaces for our extra car. And finally the management - I can honestly say that the communication with Craig was second to none. We had a few little issues on arrival that we're sorted within a couple of hours of arrival. We'd definitely recommend this place and have already re booked

SILco Searoom - Great Gin and Tonics (The Gin is made locally by the owners) and the food is fresh and fabulous. The Porthminster Kitchen - Great food, beautifully presented and fabulous waiting staff The Beer and Bird - A fine selection of craft ales and a super cosy atmosphere
