Ten Ocean View is a luxury B&B with breathtaking views of Porthmeor Beach, The Island and across St Ives to Godrevy Lighthouse. With breathtaking views of Porthmeor Beach, The Island and across St Ives to Godrevy Lighthouse. Porthmeor Beach is a short stroll down the hill and is one of Britain's most beautiful blue-flag beaches. St Ives' picturesque harbour and other beaches are just a few minutes further. We also have a fabulous garden, which you are welcome to use during the day if you want to enjoy the view but don't fancy getting your feet sandy. The South West Coastal Path runs right below the property and from here you can follow the stunning coastal path to Zennor and beyond. We have two parking spaces on-site, which are reserved for guests staying in our sea-view rooms, Porthcurno and Zennor. Nearby car parks are available. The closest is Balnoon Long Stay.

Really lovely stay. You really are very welcoming and friendly! The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious! To top it off my view from my room was amazing. I would happily stay here again and would recommend you to people. Thank you :)

Tips:

The sloop pub was very nice. And also the beach restaurant do great fish and chips! I found all of St Ives just a really beautiful place.. I will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and cosy with a really comfortable bed, great hot shower and lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast was equally nice with a fantastic view of the sea from the dining room and great service. Location was also great a bit of a steep hill to climb but worth it for the view! The only negative was that our room didn't come with a parking space and with it being such a busy time of year we really struggled to find a parking space in a nearby car park, so for that reason we'd probably book early to try and get one of the rooms with a car parking space. Other than that we had a really fabulous stay they were great hosts and it really did feel like a home away from home. Thank you! Xx

Tips:

We only stayed two days so didn't get to do as much as we'd like to but we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Firehouse restaurant - great steak! We also sampled a lot of the pubs and bars and hired a self drive boat which was a particular highlight of the trip as we were lucky enough to see a seal! Had we stayed longer and it been a little warmer we'd loved to have tried paddle boarding or surfing (maybe next time). If you need tips on things to do we'd definitely recommend reading the guide in the room they have some really great and honest recommendations some of the best restaurants and nightspots in town.

Another fantastic stay at Ocean View, we were a bit apprehensive when Mike and Gill left but are happy to report that Amy and Toby made us very welcome and the accommodation has been "tweaked" to make it even better. Breakfast menu very different, we really enjoyed it!! we hope to visit again next year.

Tips:

we like to bumble around St Ives mainly must visit Barbara Hepworth studios and the Tate had great meals at Peppers and the Sea food Cafe Also try the crepes in the harbour, can't remember to name.

Very good value, nice rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom all clean, bright and in good condition. No view but we were not in room except to sleep. Pleased to have lightweight duvet. Breakfasts were good with fresh fruit, organic eggs, homemade bread etc. Felt very welcome.

Tips:

Excellent tapas at Porthmeor Cafe but booking required. Coffee at Porthminster cafe overlooking the beach. Tate Gallery, Hepworth Garden and Newlyn Gallery all interesting.

Truly a luxurious bed and breakfast! Big rooms, lovely en-suite, very clean, tasteful decor and Amy and Toby are great hosts. Breakfast was lovely in the dining room, I had poached eggs and English muffins both days of our stay and a fresh fruit with yogurt; yummy! There are great views from the property over the beach/bay and I'm already planning to go back! Taxis to and from the town centre are cheap enough (£3-£4 each way) if, like my parents, you don't fancy the hilly, but relatively short, walk.

Tips:

Try hobblers restaurant - great steak and fish place.

Amy and Toby were very friendly and welcoming.nothing was too much trouble.our room was fantastic with great views over porthmeor beach,and an excellent spa bathroom.The breakfasts were amazing, loads of choice and all cooked to perfection by Toby.Will definately go back to stay again,highly recommended.

since you took over and my 1st stay with you was fab nothing was to much trouble for either of you and i found the room with more space since you took over

Tips:

my tip would be the open top service 300 to Lands end via Zennor, St Just, Semman cove and Lands end is the best bus service in Cornwall
